The 2021 Youngstown State University Summer Festival of the Arts will be held July 17 & 18. The event is moving to the new Raymond John Wean Foundation Park and Huntington Bank Community Alley in downtown Youngstown. The arts festival will remain a juried arts event, and admission will be free. Stay tuned to their Facebook page or website for more information.
