KIRTLAND, OHIO, October 31, 2017—The Holden Arboretum’s annual holiday show, Gifts from the Heart of Nature, will open Friday, Nov. 17 and run through Wednesday, Jan. 3, showcasing nature-inspired work from regional artists.
The seasonal show, which features environmentally-friendly and unique gifts for the holidays, will begin with a preview party with light refreshments and live holiday music with musicians and strolling carolers on Friday, Nov. 17 from 3 – 8pm. The official show and sale begins that Saturday with local artists displaying their wares, including wood & alabaster items, jewelry, glass and metal art, children’s items, ceramic pieces, nature photography, paintings, knits, alpaca, botanicals and leather goods.
A special holiday trunk show will be held on Friday, Dec. 8 from 5 – 9pm. Guests will get a
chance to meet the artists and shop additional items. Light hors d’oeuvres, desserts and
beverages will be served. Henna body art and massages will also be available.
