Gather your family and friends, it’s time to enjoy the traditional autumn festival called Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest includes beer-drinking, entertainment, German food, and much merriment. Below you will find a few of the festivals happening around Ohio this fall.
NORTHEAST OHIO

Information: Local eateries will be set up on the street, selling their specially-prepared German foods. Be prepared to make some tough choices – there will be brats, schnitzel, strudel, stuffed pretzels, beer-braised sauerkraut, and plenty of seasonal beverages on hand. Two beer trucks, featuring the popular Spaten Oktoberfest and several other seasonal beers and cider, will be situated on Franklin Ave. At the event entrances, commemorative Oktoberfest beer mugs will be for sale; for $10, event-goers can purchase a mug with one beer ticket. Additional beer tickets will be available for $5 each.
