COLUMBUS, OH – Two of Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens’ popular holiday exhibitions—Holiday Blooms and Conservatory Aglow—kick off on November 23, 2024, and run through January 5, 2025. During this timeframe, the Conservatory will be open 10am-4pm and reopen at 5pm daily except for closures on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Please note: Conservatory Aglow will be closed on December 5 for an adults-only Cocktails at the Conservatory event; No one under the age of 21 will be permitted entry after 5pm on December 5.
Holiday Blooms is included in the daytime and evening experiences. The Dorothy M. Davis Showhouse will feature hundreds of unique poinsettias, poinsettia trees, and more! Visitors can spend the season amidst themed photo-ready holiday vignettes inspired by classic scenes and storybook moments of the iconic holiday ballet, The Nutcracker.
Conservatory Aglow is included in the evening experience and requires Special Engagement admission. Each night, guests can travel through a holiday wonderland as the gardens and interior biomes come alive with dazzling lights and captivating experiences. Wander through mesmerizing light displays, dance the night away at our nostalgic 90s-themed party, or unwind in cozy festive igloos at the all-new Ahlum & Arbor Arctic Terrace. Inside, the magic continues as lights adorn the Conservatory’s lush biome spaces. Visitors looking for refreshments can make purchases from Conservatory dining, cash bars and a rotating set of food trucks. Visitors can also do holiday shopping at Botanica Gift Shop & Greenhouse.
Both the daytime and evening experiences also feature live entertainment and musical performances on select dates. During Holiday Blooms, performances are scheduled for 2pm on the following dates:
