CHIHULY NIGHTS: A GLOWING AFTER-DARK EXPERIENCE

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens will offer seven viewings of Chihuly Nights on February 28, March 21, April 25, May 30, September 5, October 3 and November 7 from 6-10pm (new extended hours!) each night.

Franklin Park Conservatory owns the largest private collection of Dale Chihuly artwork in any Botanical setting in the United States. Chihuly Nights offer you the opportunity to view 17 installations spectacularly illuminated to create heightened drama and breathtaking views within the backdrop of the interior and of the warmth of the Conservatory.

Enjoy a rotating lineup of live musicians performing from 8:30-9:30pm as you unwind and explore the gardens, plant collections and current exhibitions. Enhance your Chihuly Night with a 45-minute docent-led tour exploring the Conservatory’s Chihuly Collection, where you’ll discover the stories behind the installations and Dale Chihuly’s lasting impact on glass as an art form. Tours will be available at 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, and 8pm nightly. Pre-registration is recommended as spaces are limited.

Don’t miss shopping at the Botanica Gift Shop & Greenhouse or savoring refreshments from the Garden Café and cash bar, open throughout the evening events. New this year! Starting in April, the Conservatory’s Glass Blowing studio, the “Hot Shop” will be open on Chihuly Nights from 6-9pm offering guests a unique opportunity to see how glass art is created by our own talented glass blowing team of local artists.

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens offers world-class horticulture, art and nature-based exhibitions, and educational programs for all ages. Situated on 40 acres on the eastern side of Franklin Park, the Conservatory features the historic 1895 John F.
