Spring has finally arrived which means it’s time for the 21st Annual Geauga County Spring Drive-it-Yourself Tour. After what has seemed like a never ending winter, this spring driving tour will get you ready for summer road trip season.

Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025 | Tour time: 10am-3pm

Geauga COunty Drive-it-Yourself Tour

If it is your first time, here’s how it works. In celebration of spring Destination Geauga invites you to experience their Annual Spring Drive-it-Yourself Tour. A great way to explore Geauga County’s area businesses and support small. The tour includes 25 participating locations around the county, Each stop will be featuring special activities, give-a-ways, sales, food samples or demonstrations to tour participants.

The tour runs from 10 am to 3 pm with a Grand Finale celebration at Adam Hall, 11455 E Washington St., Auburn Twp., OH 44023 from 3:30 pm to 4:00pm. Make sure you stop by for live music, food, and silent auction, as well as the drawing for prizes.

To be eligible for the prize drawings you must have visited at least 10 stops, have your map stamped at each location, and turn it in at the finale by 3:30 p.m. Prizes and auction items will be baskets and gift certificates from area businesses; you must be present to win.

You can get a list of all of the stops at any participating tour location. Or by downloading the map at  DestinationGeauga.com.

Find a wonderful selection of all natural soaps, cleaning supplies and oils at His Daughter.

A few of my favorite stops on the tour are: DS Cakes & Sweet Cafe’. His Daughter, John’s Country Nursery, Peddler’s Corner, Punderson Manor Resort (State Park), Rothenbuhler Cheese, and White House Chocolates.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

NOTE: Some Amish Stores may NOT accept Credit/Debit Cards.

Although this tour event happens on May 17th, you can always visit any of the stops you didn’t get to at another time, so save those maps.

If you have any questions about the tour reach out to Destination Geauga.  They can also assist with nearby accommodations if you plan on coming in from out of town.

Keep on exploring!
